都市として開かれている空間に作品として捉え直した生活の一部を設置する。
これは、街を行き交う人々が生活に立ち返り、普段の行動や意識に考えを巡らせるきっかけを作る試みである。生活とは人が毎日を生きるための土台であり、何気なくしているように感じる行動も、先のことを意識しながら自分が持っている感覚や考えによって決めているのではないだろうか。
そして、行動の跡が積み重なって目の前の現象が起きているのだと思う。現象を細かく区切りながら、様々な人の感覚や考えをすくい上げるようにひとつひとつの跡を見つめていく。輪郭・境目としての線を引くことで跡を区別し、それぞれの跡がどう関わり合って目の前の現象が起きたのかを把握していくのだ。目の前の状況を把握し、自分を含めた個々の意思を見つめながら、周囲の人・物・事との関わり方を考えている。

I install fragments of everyday life, reinterpreted as artworks, within spaces that are open to the city. This is an attempt to create opportunities for people moving through the urban environment to return their attention to the foundations of daily life and reflect on their habitual actions and ways of thinking.
Daily life forms the basis upon which people live each day. Even actions that seem casual or unconscious may in fact be shaped by our own perceptions and thoughts while we remain aware of what lies ahead. The phenomena we encounter before us emerge through the accumulation of these traces of action.
By carefully breaking down phenomena into smaller elements, I examine each trace as though gathering the diverse perceptions and thoughts of different people. Drawing lines as contours or boundaries allows these traces to be distinguished from one another, making it possible to understand how they interact and contribute to the phenomena that appear before us.
Through this process, I seek to grasp the situations unfolding around me and to consider how I relate to the people, objects, and events that surround me, while remaining attentive to individual intentions, including my own.
